One of the things I hated the most about being overweight was how I had to pull my jumper out when I sat down to cover the tummy rolls. I was so ashamed of them. Imagine how many times a day you have to do that? Thats a lot of shame and guilt. A constant reminder of how many diets I had failed at! What I didn’t realise was that the diets had failed ME!
