• In this fourteen day coaching package you will receive two 45 minute coaching sessions
• We get down to your nutritional beginnings and help you to create a plan that works for YOU

One-on-One Three Month Coaching Package

• In this three month coaching package you will receive six one and a half hour coaching sessions (two per month)
• We start from the very beginning and help you to create the healthy life that works for YOU
• You also receive a full nutritional analysis and profile
• E-mail and Whatsapp support throughout

The cost of this coaching plan is £1,497
