Polenta Snaps

These crunchy and tasty snaps make the perfect cheese cracker of dipping vehicle for my hummus or guacamole recipe. Add more parmesan if you want them cheesier!

 150 g Corn Meal (polenta)
 250 ml Boiling Water
 50 g Hemp Seeds
 50 g Sesame Seeds
 50 g Sunflower Seeds
 1 tbsp Olive Oil
 0.25 cup Parmesan (grated)

Preheat Oven to 150C

In a large bowl, add all ingredients together except parmesan. Season to taste and mix thoroughly

Leave to stand for 2-3 minutes while you place baking paper in a baking tray

Pour mixture into tray and spread out until approximately 2 mm thick using another piece of baking paper on top

Remove top sheet of baking paper and sprinkle parmesan over evenly

Bake in over for 60-70 minutes

Allow to cool and cut into squares. Ready to go! Delicious with Hummus (recipe in archive)
