Miso Salmon

This has to be one of my favourite ways to enjoy salmon. It is very easy to make and is so juicy and delicious that I come back to this recipe again and again. Can be served with a variety of sides, from stir-fried vegetable to Asian salad. Highly recommended!

 6 Small Salmon Fillets (two per person)
 2 tbsp Miso Paste
 1 tbsp Grated Ginger
 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
 1 tbsp Mirin
 2 cups Long-Stem Broccoli (chopped Up)

Put miso paste in a bowl and add grated garlic and ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce and mirin. Mix well

Marinate salmon fillets with miso mixture and chop broccoli

Cook salmon on all sides in a frying pan then add broccoli and any remaining marinade

Serve on a bed of Asian Salad (recipe in archive) or stir fried vegetables and rice
