I love a smoothie, but so often they are too high in sugar and lack the necessary components to make them balanced. This means we get hungry an hour later! This Berry smoothie is more filling because it contains oats and nut milk.

 0.25 cup Quick Oats
 1 cup Almond Milk
 0.50 cup Berries (or one handful)
 1 cup Banana (or one whole banana)

Blend all the ingredients together until smooth

Tips: If you want a thicker texture then use a frozen banana and feel free to add some vanilla essence. You can use any berry for this!
