Have You Taken My Short 60 Second Quiz To Find Out If You Are
Caught In The Diet Cycle?
These savoury, cheesy biscuits are such a delight. They can be a bit fiddly to start with but well worth it! I advise you to measure out your ingredients first so it is all ready to go. These really are a useful and delicious snack to have around.
Preheat your oven to 180C
Prepare 2 sheets of baking paper because we are going to press the dough between them
Mix all the ingredients together and knead a bit until it comes together (don’t mush it too much)
Roll out the dough between the baking paper
Score the dough through the baking paper into the size you want the crackers
Remove the top sheet of baking paper and put the bottom sheet onto a flat baking tray
Place in the oven for about 10 minutes, check it and if need be then leave for another couple of minutes. The edges go crispy fist so you may have to snap those off and then put the rest back in the oven for another couple of minutes
These will be soft when you take them out of the oven but will crisp up as you dry them out on a wire rack. Enjoy with some cheese or hummus!
