This masterclass takes each of the four pillars discussed in the foundation masterclass ‘The Four Pillars of Mindset for Weight Loss’ in turn and discuss how they impact our nutrition and ultimately our weight loss goals. This is a really important masterclass to get to grips with in terms of your nutrition, as my signature four pillars play a fundamental role in your health journey. Without these it is very easy to fall into so many dieting traps and end up well and truly caught in the diet cycle…..a topic that we will be discussing in more detail in the following masterclass below.

Masterclass: Breaking the Diet Cycle
This is one of the most crucial masterclasses to master once you are comfortable with my signature Four Pillar approach to all things lifestyle, food and fitness.To become aware of the Diet Cycle, is crucial for you to achieve your dream health goals as it is one of the most damaging mindsets there is! Whether we like to admit it or not, most of us are caught in the diet cycle, and breaking free of this is key to our success and becoming masters of our own weight loss journey.
This four part masterclass begins out discussing why diets don’t work and the fundamental flaws in what we are taught by the diet industry. From there we investigate where your diet cycle began (as said above, even if we don’t know it, most of us are caught in it!), and then onto how we can apply the four pillars to help us get out of this cycle. Finally we cover how to move forward, which is key for us to not end up back there again after all this hard work, which unfortunately creeps up on us if we are not vigilant and before we know it we are right back where we started. We need to make sure the new mindsets we are learning here stick with us for life!
Masterclass: Getting Started With Your Nutrition – The Basics
In this masterclass we discuss a variety of topics as they relate to your basic nutrition, but don’t worry, it doesn’t get too sciency! I have cut through all the technical jargon for you and present the basics that you need to know in an easy to understand format. To begin with we talk about macronutrients in general before going into each one in a little more detail, with examples and explanations of what they do in terms of our diet, their importance and potential sources. We then move on to the all important micronutrients, and then head into related subjects that are important to consider when we are considering an overhaul of our day-to-day diet: meal frequency; the huge role that listening to your hunger cues has; and the importance of hydration.
There are also some bonus printables that relate to this masterclass that cover further basic nutrition aspects: portion control; plate balance; and how to get your five a day. These are all equally important, but I only want you to move on to these aspects once you are completely comfortable with the masterclass video topics covered.
Masterclass: Set and Stick To Your Nutrition Goals
It’s goal setting time!! Having now covered all the basics in the previous masterclasses, we now start to get into the nitty-gritty! One of the first places to start when we have a grasp on our mindset, nutrition and fitness is how to set our goals. In this masterclass we discuss this in terms of setting goals for our nutrition, but the methods discussed can also easily be applied to fitness also. Goal setting is very personal and different for different people. It depends on where you are in your journey, what lifestyle restrictions you may have, and where you ultimately want to get to. Effectively setting and sticking to realistic goals that will realise your overall lifestyle vision is of huge importance, and in this masterclass I will walk you through the process of how to achieve this!

Masterclass: Finding Your Balance
This is a mostly practical masterclass which gives an overview of how to balance your meals properly using breakfast as an example. The principles discussed can be used across all meals that you make, and example recipes are given not just for breakfasts, but also for salads and other main dishes! The challenge for this masterclass is for you to begin to use our recipe archive and then apply the principles of balancing your meals to your own every day food! Do this for two weeks and the principles will become second nature!
