This would be great time for you to begin my Beginners Six Week Walking Plan. If you start this now, by the time you get to the fitness practical module (12) you should have picked up your fitness enough to jump straight in. This walking plan is a really nice slow introduction to getting your body to move again, and what’s better is that you don’t have to go to a gym or need any equipment to get started……and you get fresh air at the same time! Perfect!!
