One of the most difficult things to deal with if you are overweight is figuring out the weight that you want to be and the sort of body you want to achieve. We’ve all done it. Sitting there picturing ourselves looking amazing and being able to hop, skip and jump easily wherever we want to go. We have been told to visualize and picture our goals so many times that we think that we will get there if we can visualize it. This workbook was originally released as a four part workshop that I ran in my Facebook Group in 2019. Goal setting is so crucial for our success that I felt it important to include as part of the membership club materials. The original videos that accompany this workbook can be found on page 3 of my ‘Vlog Diaries’. I recommend you watch these as you work through this workbook. This printable also compliments well the masterclass ‘Set and Stick to you Nutrition Goals’ as it covers and reiterates some of the fundamental mindsets needed for effective goal setting strategies.

I hate the words portion control because how much you eat at each meal is based on so much more than the amount on your plate.
